HVAC Servicing and Maintenance Price list:
Basic split system service for units under 5KW: $120 + GST for the first unit and $99 + GST thereafter
Basic split system service for units over 5KW: $150 + GST for the first unit and $125 + GST thereafter
Advanced split system service, under 5KW: $175 + GST for the first unit and $150 + GST thereafter
Advanced split system service, over 5KW: $199 + GST for the first unit and $175 + GST thereafter
Basic ducted split system service: $250 + GST
Advanced ducted split system service: $350 + GST

Smoke Alarm and RCD Safety and Compliance testing: $250 + GST
We also offer upgrades and replacements of units to more energy efficient systems. Please consult with the onsite technician to discuss any potential installs.

We offer a 10% discount to any repeat customers that rebook on the service date within the recommended time period.
We also offer a 10% discount on your next service for any referrals that book a service with us.
All the prices listed above are for domestic residences and mutli-residential buildings. The above packages are for systems that are operational, and the prices do not include any fault finding or diagnostics. Whilst we can report simple matters, a more in-depth investigation will be charged at an extra hourly rate. All Pricing is also subject to the company trade terms and conditions.
